Start organizing your time by integrating your schedule unto your phone. Most of the time, you’ll be checking your phone frequently throughout the day. By doing so, you’ll receive notifications from the app to remind you of any important tasks. My favorite to-do list apps are Wunderlist, Productive, and Google Calendars. Whether you are a student or a working professional, there are many apps that can personalize your schedule and make you more productive.

2. Take Breaks

Research has shown that taking small breaks have proven to increase productivity. When working for a prolong period of time, our brain tends to become numb from the constant stimulation. Taking a break allows us to clear our thoughts and revisit our tasks with a renewed energy. The best types of breaks would be physical exercise as the body needs blood and oxygen flowing through the brain to increase alertness.
